From January 2008 Coriolan Filip is Chief Financial Officer of UniCredit Leasing AD. His nationality is Romanian. He has been a part of UniCredit Group since the beginning of 2005. Before his coming to Bulgaria Mr.Filip was responsible for the Retails in the leasing company of the Group in Romania. Prior to joining UniCredit Group he was a Chief Financial Officer first of ILS Group in Romania and, later on, he occupied the same position in AGER Group, Romania. He has been involved in the financial sector since 1991.

From October 2009 Birgit Zoettl is Chief Executive Officer of UniCredit Leasing AD. Her nationality is Austrian. Ms. Zoettl has 5 years experience in Bank Austria Creditanstalt Leasing GmbH in the International Subsidiary Management, responsible for the Set-up projects of UniCredit Leasing companies in Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, Bosnia & Herzegovina and Ukraine. The last 2 years she has been a Managing Director, Member of the Management Board of UniCredit Leasing Ukraine, responsible for the Risk & GBS (Global Business Services) areas.

From May 2009 Giovanni Leone is Chief Risk Officer of UniCredit Leasing AD. His nationality is Italian. He has been working for UniCredit Group since 1993 in the field of credit, business management of a branch and network, also in factoring. Before joining the leasing group, Giovanni Leone is in Bulgaria seconded in Bulbank AD as UniCredit Group representative in Credit and Risk Management and later is Head of Credit and Risk Management Division. After the merger of the three Bulgarian legal entities of UniCredit Group (Bulbank, Hebros Bank and HVB Bank Biochim) he is appointed as Chief Risk Officer of UniCredit Bulbank AD, then Deputy Chief Risk Officer, Chairman of the Credit Council of UniCredit Bulbank AD; Member of the Credit Committee of UniCredit Bulbank AD; Chairman of the Board of Directors of UniCredit Factoring AD. Before starting in UniCredit Group, Giovanni Leone has long years experience in banking and finance in Italy in the credit area, factoring and leasing in Credito Commerciale Spa (Monte Paschi Group ); Ifitalia Spa ( Factor Compay of Banca Nazionale del Lavoro ); Selma Bipiemme Leasing Spa (Mediobanca Group ) and Quercia Factoring Spa (Factor Company of Cariverona Group now Unicredito Group ). He has been working in the financial sector since 1972.
